Moradabad, 18 November (HS). The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Siyaram Chaurasia of Moradabad on Monday sentenced two accused of Gangster Act, residents of Moradabad and Rampur, to three and a half years of imprisonment in two separate cases. Besides, a fine of Rs 5,000 each was also imposed on the culprits.
Special Public Prosecutor Rajiv Tyagi of Additional District and Sessions Judge Court said that on April 10, 2009, Balveer Gaur, the then police station in-charge of Majhola police station, had filed a complaint against Ajay Saini, resident of Mirpur. The second case was filed on 28 May 2021 by Inspector Rampal Singh, the then in-charge of Bilari police station, in which Salim resident of Mohalla Ameer Ali police station Shahbad district Rampur was made accused of Gangster Act. Today both the accused were sentenced and fined.
