Puneri Paltan made a strong comeback by all out Jaipur Pink Panthers for the first time with Akash Shinde’s Super Raid in the 29th minute of the 60th match of the 11th season of Pro Kabaddi League played at Noida Indoor Stadium on Sunday night but in the thrill of the last moments, Jaipur Registered a spectacular victory on the basis of its defence. Jaipur won this match by a margin of 30-28.

Defender Ankush Rathi (6) played an important role in giving Jaipur its sixth win in 10 matches. Also, Arjun Deswal (8) and Lucky (4) also showed shine from the defence. Only Akash Shinde (7) could shine for Paltan. Paltan has suffered its third defeat in 10 matches. This victory has taken Jaipur to second place in the points table.

In the initial moments of this exciting match, Jaipur had a lead of 4-2. Then Ankush hunted down Pankaj and brought the platoon into a super tackle situation. Arjun brought Paltan to the brink of all out by taking two consecutive wickets and then brought it to the end and took the lead of 11-5.

Even after the all-out, Arjun scored three consecutive points to put Jaipur ahead by 14-6. However, on the next raid, Abinesh caught him. However, Ankush settled the score by hunting down Pankaj. After 10 minutes, Jaipur was leading 16-7.

There was a bit of slow play after the break. Both teams got 2-2 points in five minutes of play. Paltan, however, took the score to 10-18 with a bonus. Paltan’s defense was not allowing Arjun to play freely. After this, both the teams got one point each on Do or Die Raid.

Aman finally gave relief to the platoon by hunting Arjun. Jaipur was leading 19-12 till half time. After halftime, Abinesh continued this sequence by dashing Neeraj. However, Ankush caught Mohit in defense of four and again reduced the distance to 7.

Then Abhijeet took the bonus and Lucky made the gap to 9 by hunting Pankaj. The raiding department of the platoon was not functioning at all. He had only 5 raid points to his name in 25 minutes. Meanwhile, Arjun was out without points on the Do or Die raid. The score was still 22-15 in favor of Jaipur.

Meanwhile, Ankush completed the high-5 by catching Ajit but Akash Shinde showed the path of comeback to Paltan with an excellent super raid with the score 19-23 and pushed Jaipur towards all out. Then Paltan all out Jaipur for the first time and made the score 22-24.

After the break, Arjun took the bonus and touch point and Akash got Ankush. Jaipur had now closed the gap to 3. Meanwhile, Ajit increased the bonus level distance to 2. Ajit took one point on the next raid also. Both teams got one point each on Arjun’s raid. The distance remained at 1.

Ajit came on do or die raid in the 38th minute. He was dashed by Reza. Now Jaipur had a lead of two points. Paltan’s defense hunted Neeraj on the do or die raid and made the score 28-29. Now 53 seconds were left. On the last raid of Jaipur, Abhijeet cleared the walkline and then on the last raid of the match, Ankush caught Akash and confirmed the victory of Jaipur. However, Paltan got one point from this match.
