Dr. Amit Kumar says that 100 grams of tofu contains about eight grams of protein. Apart from this, 100 grams of tofu contains only 65 calories. Talking about micronutrients present in tofu, about 7 mg sodium, 121 mg potassium and 0.3 g fiber is found in 100 grams of tofu. Along with this, about 35 percent calcium, 30 percent iron and 7 percent magnesium are also present in it.
