Digital Life Certificate: Every year in November, lakhs of pensioners submit their life certificate. The government has provided many options to pensioners to submit life certificate, with the help of which pensioners can now submit life certificate sitting at home without any hassle. Digital Life Certificate (DLC) is a biometric enabled Aadhaar-based digital life certificate for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan i.e. DLC is created for the individual pensioner using their Aadhaar number and biometrics.
What to do if life certificate is rejected?
If your life certificate is rejected, you will have to contact your pension disbursing agency. In case of wrong details given by the pensioner while generating DLC, the certificate may be rejected. Therefore, a new certificate i.e. Pratham-ID can be generated by providing all the correct information and biometrics.
You do not need to submit DLC in Jeevan Pramaan Bank, Post Office, Pension Disbursement Agency. The DLC is automatically available to them electronically. Digital Life Certificate is valid for one year. You have to submit it every year in November.
The easiest way to submit
