Saharsa, 15 November (HS). The 149th birth anniversary of Ulgulan Jannayak Birsa Munda ji was org.zed on Friday at the residence of Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas District President. The program was presided over by District President Mahendra Sharma. Addressing the org.zed program, District President Sharma said that India got independence only because of the martyrdom of the great revolutionary Birsa Munda, who fought for water, forest and land against the British. Birsa Munda ji fought against the British at a very young age and gave freedom to the people of India. On the occasion of his birthday, we pay tribute to the martyrdom of Birsa Munda ji.
