On which the error related to the sale price can be informed by sending a message. Apart from this, complaint can also be made on toll free number 14405. While directing the liquor shopkeepers, he has made testing through posh machines mandatory for the sale of beer, English and country liquor.
The Excise Commissioner said that an advisory should be posted for customers and consumers, especially at every beer shop, to compulsorily scan the can or bottle. In order to promote the facility of digital payment and to prevent the possibility of over-rating, the facility of payment through UPID, QR code should be made available on every retail license of liquor. If there is no arrangement for digital payment at any retail liquor shop, then apart from immediately informing the local authorities, a complaint can be lodged on the above numbers.
