- 1 cup raw
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup chili
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin
- 4 pieces of bread crumbs

To make Suji Corn Tikki, first of all cut chillies, onions and green chillies into fine pieces. After this, take sweet corn and put it in a mixer jar and grind it finely. Now take a pan and add water to it and heat it on medium gas. When the water becomes hot, add ground corn, onion, rawa, capsicum and mix it. Add oil, chili flakes and salt to taste. If the mixture thickens well, then turn off the gas. Now let it cool down and mix it like a dough with both hands. Your tikki mix is ready. Now take oil in hand and shape it into a tikki and rub it in the bread pieces. Similarly, prepare all the tikkis in a plate. Then deep fry it on medium gas. Tikki will turn golden brown in 1-2 minutes. Take it out in a plate and serve hot tikkis. You can serve it with sauce or green chutney.
