necessary ingredients:

  • leftover spice of mango pickle
  • Green chili – three
  • Flour – 6 cups
  • Coriander powder – three spoons
  • Salt – three spoons
  • Ghee
  • Boiled potatoes – six
  • Garam masala – three spoons
  • coriander leaves

 

 

 

Here is the easy method of making pickle paratha:

First knead the dough.

Now add mashed potatoes as well as green chilies, coriander leaves, coriander powder and garam masala.

Now roll the dough ball like a parantha and apply pickle masala on it.

Now bake it by applying ghee on the griddle.

In this way your pickle becomes paratha.
