Many people drink tea and coffee specifically to avoid sleepiness and to be a little more energetic. But experts say that tea and coffee should not be consumed two or three hours before sleeping i.e. after six in the evening. If you drink alcohol, you will not get a good night’s sleep. 5. Use of medicine:

People who are taking medicines for problems like asthma, heart related problems, thyroid, cancer also do not get proper sleep. The chemicals present in these cause insomnia. Along with this, due to the use of cold and cold and painkillers, sleep does not come properly.
