Let us inform that Additional Sessions Judge Dinesh Kumar Chaurasia, Special Court of MP MLA, had produced Mukhtar Ansari in two gangster cases on June 28 through video conferencing. Please inform that the statement of investigator Vijay Shankar Yadav was recorded on the previous date in the gangster case after the double murder of Ram Singh Maurya and constable Satish Kumar in South Tola police station area of the city.
After this, the critic was cross-examined by Mukhtar Ansari’s advocate. The next date was fixed for July 7 while issuing zihar for the remaining accused. On Friday, the proceedings of cross-examination in this matter will be taken forward.
The second case is related to cheating. And the complaint is also registered in South Tola police station. In which Mukhtar Ansari, while being an MLA, had recommended half a dozen people for arms license on his letter pad. On which the license was issued, later in the investigation, all the addresses were found to be fake. In this case, all the accused including Mukhtar Ansari were accused of gangster. In this case also, Mafia Mukhtar Ansari will be produced on Friday, now it has to be seen what the decision is taken by the court after the hearing in both the cases.
