A 60-Year-Old Woman Was Discovered Dead At Mumbai’s Trident Hotel | Representative Image
Mumbai: A 60-year-old single woman, living in Mumbai, was discovered deceased in her room at the Trident Hotel in Nariman Point on January 19 afternoon. The police have filed an Accidental Death (AD) report at the Marine Drive Police Station and are looking into the details of her demise.
The police stated that the woman had been alone at the hotel since January 6. Hotel staff found her body and promptly notified the authorities. The police quickly arrived at the location and secured the body.
Initial investigations have shown that there were no apparent injuries on the woman’s body. The police have reported that, so far, nothing unusual has been discovered at the location. A post-mortem examination has been completed, and the organs have been preserved for additional investigation to ascertain the cause of death.
The police are presently examining the hotel’s CCTV recordings and interrogating employees to collect additional details. The family and friends of the woman are being interviewed to determine if they can offer any information regarding her death.
