Earthquake in New Zealand : A 6.8 magnitude earthquake was felt this morning on New Zealand’s Reversity coast. The earthquake was felt at 2:43 am local time. The epicenter of the earthquake was 33 km below the ground. According to Gionate reports, earthquake tremors have been felt eight times in various parts of New Zealand in the last 24 hours.

However, it is a matter of relief that despite the powerful earthquake, no casualties have been reported yet. Geographically New Zealand is one of the most earthquake-prone areas in the world.
