Subscriptions for five initial public offerings will begin on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. These include Quadrant Future Tek’s mainboard initial public offering (IPO) and the first share sale of Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) Capital Infra Trust.
Subscriptions for the SME issues of Avax Apparels and Ornaments, Delta Autocorp, and BR Goyal Infrastructure will also be available.
BR Goyal Infrastructure IPO
Just 63.12 lakh equity shares are being issued in the BSE SME issue, with prices ranging from Rs 128 to Rs 135 per share.
The money made will be used for working capital and capital expenditures, and the business will expand in an inorganic way.
Delta Autocorp IPO
An OFS of 3.12 lakh shares and a new issue worth Rs 50.54 crore make up Delta Autocorp’s Rs 54.60 crore IPO. A price range of Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share has been established.
The proceeds will be used to meet working capital needs, fund general corporate purposes, invest in new product development, and finance the cost of establishing an electric three-wheeler painting and fabrication plant.
Avax Apparels and Ornaments IPO
The initial public offering (IPO) of Avax Apparels and Ornaments is priced at Rs 70 per share. By issuing 2.74 lakh new shares, the company hopes to raise Rs 1.92 crore.
The money raised will be utilized for both general business needs and working capital requirements.
Capital Infra Trust IPO
The price range for Capital Infra Trust’s Rs 1,578 crore IPO is Rs 99 to Rs 100 per unit. It is a brand-new issue with an OFS of Rs 501 crore and a value of Rs 1,077 crore.
The project special purpose vehicles (SPVs) will receive loans from the proceeds to settle unsecured sponsor loans and to pay off external borrowings.
Quadrant Future Tek IPO
A new issuance of one crore shares is the Rs 290 crore book-built issue of Quadrant Future Tek. A price range of Rs 275 to Rs 290 per share has been established.
The IPO’s net proceeds will be utilized for corporate general purposes, debt repayment, working capital needs, and capital expenditures to create an electronic interlocking system.
