485th birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap: A grand program was organized at the local Hindu Bhavan on the occasion of the 485th birth anniversary of Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap. People from different sections of the society participated enthusiastically in this program and paid their tribute to this great son of Mewar. Former MLA present as the chief guest of the program [यदि नाम ज्ञात हो तो उल्लेख करें, अन्यथा ‘एक पूर्व विधायक’] Highlight Maharana Pratap’s life and his struggles.
The former MLA said in his address, “Maharana Pratap is not just a ruler, but symbols of self -respect, valor and unwavering patriotism. Despite limited resources, he never kneiled in front of the Mughal Sultanate and struggled till the last breath for the freedom of his motherland.” He further said that in today’s time, the biggest learning from Maharana Pratap’s life is unity and organization. “Just as he formed a powerful army with all sections, we should also remain united and solve the challenges and problems faced by the society and the nation. If we remain united, there is no problem that cannot be solved.”
The program started with garland and lighting on the portrait of Maharana Pratap. On this occasion, many other speakers also expressed their views and recalled Maharana Pratap’s sacrifice, sacrifice and his war skills. The speakers called upon the youth to bring the ideals of Maharana Pratap in their lives to create a strong and self -respecting nation.
