A total of 40 aircraft of the Indian Air Force will be part of the Republic Day parade. However, Tejas aircraft will not be a part of it. According to the information, Tejas is a single engine aircraft. For this reason he will not participate in the Republic Day parade this time. According to the information, the Indian Air Force had prepared a new policy in this regard. According to the information, the entire fleet of Advanced Light Helicopters is currently grounded, due to which Advanced Light Helicopters will also not participate on Republic Day.

Which aircraft will participate?

A total of 40 aircraft participate in the Republic Day parade, out of which 22 are fighter aircraft. This includes transport aircraft as well as helicopters. Apart from this, three Dornier aircraft will also be a part of the Republic Day parade. However, this time there will be no parade of the Indian Air Force on Republic Day.

Invitation to 10 thousand special guests

Around 10,000 special guests, including Paralympic contingent members, prominent performing village sarpanches, handicraftsmen and forest and wildlife conservation workers, have been invited to witness the parade to celebrate India’s 76th Republic Day. The Ministry of Defense has selected these special guests from various sectors and functional areas. There were a total of 31 categories for this.
