Bulandshahr: A shameful incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr. An 80-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the rape of a 4-year-old Dalit girl in a village within the Narsena Police Station area, Bugrasi outpost, as per a report by Bharat Samachar. The heinous crime was committed while the young victim was playing on the rooftop of her residence on March 22.
As per the report, the accused, a neighbor of the victim, took advantage of the child’s isolation and committed the act. Upon receiving a complaint from the girl’s father, local law enforcement swiftly responded to the scene. The victim was immediately sent for a medical examination to gather crucial evidence.
The Bulandshahr police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) based on the father’s complaint. The accused was apprehended and is currently in custody, facing charges related to the sexual assault of a minor.
According to the report, the local police officials are actively investigating all aspects of the case.
