Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): On Friday night, the Madhya Pradesh government transferred four senior IPS officers to new positions.

Manish Shanker Sharma, who was serving as the Additional Director General (ADG) of Police Manual at Police Headquarters (PHQ), has now been assigned as ADG, Rail.
DP Gupta, who was previously ADG at PHQ, has been moved to a new role as ADG of Community Policing, RTI, Lok Seva Guarantee, Co-operative Fraud, and Police Manual.
Meenakshi Sharma, who was ADG of Community Policing and RTI, with an additional charge of Lok Seva Guarantee and Co-operative Fraud (PHQ), has now been appointed as OSD cum ADG at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan in New Delhi.
A Sai Manohar, who was serving as OSD cum ADG at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, has been transferred to ADG, Cyber, PHQ.
These transfers are part of routine administrative changes in the state police department, aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening different divisions of law enforcement.
15 IAS Officers Transferred in December
A month ago, the state government carried out a major bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring 15 IAS officers. Among the key changes, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Public Works Department, KC Gupta, was reassigned as ACS to the Governor.
