Mumbai: 35 percent shooting of the second part of Deepika Padukone and Prabhas’ film ‘Kalki, 2898 AD’ has been completed. Now the new schedule is going to start from next February or March.
Producers of this film, Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt gave information about the progress of the sequel of ‘Kalki’ during the International Film Festival in Goa. He said that coincidentally, Deepika was pregnant at the same time when she shot the mother scene in the first part of ‘Kalki’. Now after Deepika’s maternity leave, the first shooting of the second part of this film is also to be done. Deepika will be seen in the role of mother in the second part also.
He said that a part of the film has already been shot. Pre-production work is still going on on the remaining part.
Like the first part, the second part will also be released in a grand manner at the global level. Kamal Haasan will play the role of the main villain in the second part. Disha Pat. will also be seen in an important role.
