Emergency landing of London-Mumbai Virgin Atlantic Flight : Information has been revealed that 300 Indians, including two Gujaratis, were stranded in Türkiye for 16 hours in a flight coming from London to India. According to reports, a flight from Virgin Atlantic was diverted at Turkish airport due to medical emergency. However, this flight has stopped there for more than 12 hours. The management has requested several times to allow the flight to fly, although no decision has been taken yet regarding the flight. It has been learned that two people from Patharigama in Valsad district of Gujarat were also in this flight.
The flight was not allowed despite 16 hours passed.
According to the report, Virgin Atlantic flight no. Aircraft VS 358, going from London to Mumbai, had to make an emergency landing at Turkish Diyarbakir Airport. Since then the aircraft has been standing at the airport for more than 16 hours, yet it has not been allowed to fly, causing inconvenience to all passengers.

Our engineers are conducting technical checks of the aircraft.
India started efforts to bring all passengers back
It is being told that the Indian Civil Aviation Ministry has summoned the Turkish Airport Authority. This information has also been given to Pune MP Muralidhar Mohol and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The ministry has assured that it has appointed an officer and every effort is being made to bring back all the passengers.
