On the occasion of Bharat Ratna and former President Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan’s birth anniversary (Teacher’s Day), a grand “District Teacher Honor Ceremony” was org.zed in the auditorium of Gurunanak Inter College under the aegis of the Secondary Education Department on Thursday. The program was org.zed and conducted by DIOS Dr. Mahendra Pratap Singh. The program was inaugurated by DM Durga Shakti Nagpal, SP Ganesh Prasad Saha by jointly lighting the lamp and garlanding the picture of Maa Saraswati and former President, scholar, philosopher and Bharat Ratna honored Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.
