Indore Zone-4 Crime Review: 3 Station In-Charges Rewarded With Cash Prize | FP Photo

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A crime review meeting was held at the office of DCP Zone-4 for ACPs Sarafa, Annapurna, Juni Indore and station in-charges of police stations Chhatripura, Pandharinath, Sarafa, Raoji Bazar, Juni Indore, Bhanwarkuan, Annapurna, Dwarkapuri and Chandan Nagar on Monday.

Station in-charges of Bhanwarkuan, Pandharinath and Juni Indore were rewarded with a cash prize of Rs 4,000 and those police station in-charges whose percentage of pending crime was not found satisfactory were reprimanded.

Sub-inspector Deepesh Gaurana, posted at Chandan Nagar police station, was fined Rs 2,000 for making the complainant sit without reason during attendance duty and being negligent in hearing the report.

DCP Rishikesh Meena reviewed pending crimes, pending challan, pending inquest, pending complaint, bail cancellation proceedings and CM Helpline pending complaint and gave instructions regarding beat/microbeat system, night patrolling, and effective preventive action against habitual criminals.

Regarding the resolution of pending crimes, in the year 2024, the percentage of pending crimes at Bhanwarkuan police station was found to be 3.55%, at Pandharinath 3.97% and at Juni Indore 4.57%.
