A three-and-a-half-year-old boy tragically lost his life in a fire that broke out at a house near Kasara Bypass around 8am on Tuesday. In a brave and selfless act, a group of local boys on their way to play cricket rushed to help after spotting the blaze, even managing to rescue the child from the burning house.

According to the information received, the fire erupted at the home of Datta Bule, located on the road to Washala village in Shahpur taluka. The boys, who were passing by on two-wheelers, noticed the fire and immediately stopped to help. With no nearby water sources, they began dousing the flames using stored water available in the area.
While attempting to extinguish the fire, one of the children noticed a small boy trapped inside the house, surrounded by smoke and flames. Without hesitation, they entered the house, pulled the boy out, and rushed him to the hospital. Sadly, the child, identified as Krishna Bule, succumbed to his injuries on the way.
Efforts were later made to fully extinguish the blaze with the help of a private water tanker, but by then, the entire house had been reduced to ashes.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire. Meanwhile, the courageous actions of the boys have been widely praised, even as the community mourns the heartbreaking loss of young Krishna.
