A 27-year-old woman reportedly died after falling from the 11th floor of a building during preparations for the birthday celebration of her manager in Powai. According to the police, the fall was accidental and her relatives have expressed no suspicion.
The fatal mishap occurred on Thursday when the victim, Jinal Vora, a Borivali East resident, was at her workplace at Supreme Business Park, Hiranandani Gardens. Around 8pm when the party preparations were underway, Vora took a coffee break and went near an emergency window.
She lost her balance and fell from the 11th to the 10th floor, sustaining severe head injuries. Her colleagues immediately rushed her to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
