According to the information received, the 22 -year -old victim lives in a village in Bhiwandi. The four accused also live in this village. The victim went to her aunt’s house on 20 February. When she was sleeping at home, she suddenly woke up and saw her brother’s 15 missed calls in it.
After this, the victim called her brother, in which the brother asked her to come to a certain place, saying that she was not healthy. After this, the victim reached the spot with her acquaintance rickshaw driver. At this time the four accused were already present here. The four accused then assaulted the rickshaw driver and the victim’s brother and kidnapped the victim in a rickshaw and kidnapped her and took her to the bushes near the school in Naigaon.
After this, all four raped the young woman here. After this, the victim was taken to another place. In which the accused again gang -raped the victim in a pickup van in Fatima Nagar. The incident took place on 20 February between 1:30 pm and 6 am. After this, the accused escaped leaving the victim in the bushes.
After this incident, the victim lodged a complaint at Bhiwandi police station. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against four youths and two people who helped them in the case and transferred the case to Shantinagar police station. After this, Shantinagar police further investigated the case and confirmed the incident and a person who helped the four accused in the case was arrested. Since the other five accused are still absconding, they were searched.
