An FIR has been lodged against RJD’s Danapur MLA Ritlal Yadav at Khagaul police station, in which a builder from Patna has claimed that Ritlal Yadav and his people have demanded extortion from him, and have also said that if I did not give extortion, I will have to face serious consequences. The builder has also handed over the call records of threatening mobile phones to the police. After which the convoy of the police reached to raid various locations of the MLA. However, before the raid, the police had demanded the arrest of Ritlal Yadav from Danapur court. Which took longer to be approved.

The police suspect that during this time Ritlal Yadav destroyed the evidence against him and escaped himself. City SP Sarath RS said that a thorough investigation is going on at the moment and more information will be released after the operation is over. ASP Bhanu Pratap Singh said that we have evidence of organized crime by MLAs and his colleagues. We will call them for questioning when necessary. All the goods seized during the recent raids prove the allegations made by the builder against the MLA.
