Washington: Late President Joe Biden honored a total of 19 individuals, including former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, controversial humanitarian Jorge Soares, Argentine football star Lionel Messi, with America’s highest civilian award ‘The Presidential Medal of Freedom’. Famous actor Daniel Washington is also included in these 19 people.
