16-Yr-Old Girl Found Dead Under Suspicious Circumstances At Home
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 16-year-old girl was found dead under suspicious circumstances outside the bathroom at home under Azad Nagar police station limits on Friday. Family members rushed her to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
Preliminary investigation suggested that she might have slipped and fallen on her head while coming out of the bathroom after bathing as her hair was found wet.
However, police sent the body for autopsy examination to ascertain the exact cause behind the death. According to the police, the incident occurred in the Teen Imli IDA Multi residential area.
The girl was alone at home and when her mother returned home from work, she found the door locked and received no response from inside.
With the help of neighbours, she broke the door and found the girl lying unconscious outside the bathroom. The family immediately took her to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
Fire Engulfs 4 Garages & 7 Cars On Dhar Road
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Four garages and seven cars were engulfed in a fire on Dhar Road on Saturday morning. Goods worth lakhs of rupees were gutted in the fire. The fire brigade managed to douse the flames after struggling for two hours.
Prima facie, the cause of the fire is said to be short-circuit in one of the garage. Though no casualty was reported, a significant financial loss was reported in the fire.
According to the fire brigade, the fire erupted in four shops owned by Yusuf, Salimuddin and Mahmud Hassan at around 8:55 am at JawaharTekri on Dhar Road.
Two fire tenders were dispatched to the spot for the firefighting operation. The fire brigade used more than 33 thousands litres of water to extinguish the flames. Various machines, compressors and other goods stored in the garages were burnt into ashes.
