Mumbai-Vasai Crime Branch-2 team raided a building in Vasai and seized drugs worth Rs 11.58 crore. A Nigerian citizen has been arrested in this case. It is also learned that this Nigerian citizen was living on a fake passport basis. This is the largest amount seized in Vasai Virar in recent times.

Sachin Patil, the police constable of Crime Branch-2, was informed that a Nigerian person was selling drugs at Mahesh Apartment in Everchene in Vasai-East. Accordingly, the police team conducted raids. A key was found during the search of the house on the third floor of the building. The house on the fourth floor was opened with the key and a large amount of drug was seized from there. There was 22 kg 865 grams Mefedron (MD) and 48 grams of cocaine. Police said that the price of these drugs is Rs 11.58 crore. Police arrested 38 -year -old Victor Odichimma Onuwala in this case. Agwenuba Lagos’s passport met her house. Along with Victor, he is also an accused in this crime. However, he is absconding and the police is looking for him. A case has been registered against both the accused under the Valiv Police Station under the Swagat Drug and Mana -Effective Material Act, 1985.
