The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has announced the results for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024. Candidates who appeared for the examination can access their scorecards via the official IIM CAT website at iimcat.ac.in.

Top Performers: 100 Percentile Achievers

This year, a total of 14 candidates scored a perfect 100 percentile. Among these, 1 female and 13 male candidates achieved this distinction. Notably, 13 of these candidates are engineers, while only 1 non-engineer made it to the 100 percentile club.

Regional Performance:

Maharashtra leads with the highest number of 100 percentile achievers.

Telangana follows with 2 candidates.

Other states with 1 candidate each include Andhra Pradesh (AP), Delhi, Haryana, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh (MP), Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh (UP).

99.99 Percentile Achievers

A total of 29 candidates secured a 99.99 percentile, including 2 female and 27 male candidates. Among them, 28 are engineers, and 1 is a non-engineer.

Regional Breakdown for 99.99 Percentile:

Maharashtra tops with 5 candidates.

Karnataka follows with 4 candidates.

Rajasthan has 3 candidates.

States like Delhi, Gujarat, and others contributed additional high scorers.

99.98 Percentile Achievers

30 candidates scored 99.98 percentile, comprising 1 female and 29 male candidates.

Regional Breakdown for 99.98 Percentile:

West Bengal: 4 candidates.

Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana each had 3 candidates.

Uttar Pradesh (UP) had 2 candidates.

Candidate Demographics

A total of 3.29 lakh candidates registered for the CAT 2024 exam, including 1.19 lakh female, 2.10 lakh male, and 14 transgender candidates.
